Clean and excellent customer service. Everyone is wearing face masks and it seems they really take social distancing seriously. I will definitely return, I am impressed by how organized and clean the store is. Anywhere where they act like they care about customers and welcome them is the best! This location definitely does this, I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Little things like this I truly notice A+ service.

Had a very good experience overall. My one suggesting would be when it comes to the large, 5 gallon water bottles. Many visits, I've been able to go to a regular checkout Lane and pay for the new bottles, then drop off my empty ones on the way out the store. Today, however a cashier told me I needed to go to customer service to pay for the bottles. When I got to customer service, the lady was going to give me the barcode stubs needed to buy the new bottles with. I then asked if I had to go back into a checkout line because it was not made clear what the procedure was for either buying new bottles without exchange, or with for that matter. Aside from that minor misunderstanding, it's a very nice supermarket. UPDATE 7/20/23: I continue to be happy with having Stop and Shop in the community. The staff is kind, store is clean and organized, and pieces are competitive with some deals and sales to help you save (if you do your homework ahead of time)

Pretty decent supermarket with friendly helpful staff, well maintained, well stocked, and the produce has gotten better. They also have a pretty good bakery selection and there are options for self checkout or regular checkout. They also have lottery, a deli counter and a pharmacy.

I live locally and head to all the big name stores around for groceries or odds and ends, but I have to say the staff at Stop & Shop are by far the nicest, most friendly, and helpful and the store is always stocked and clean. Even the customers seem nicer or happier there. The meat counter is my favorite lol!.

This is the best place ever to do groceries shopping.It might be a little pricey but the products are fresh and clean

Always a good experience. The app can be off and may change location on you. In South Orange, NJ, Steve, who works at the self check-out is super helpful and very personable. He needs a raise!

Had a great experience at the Stop & Shop. I have not shopped there in over two years. Met the new Manager Dominic, who was nice and appreciated that I came back to the store to shop. He is a Good People Person. My husband said that we would go back and shop there again.

I was there on 11/15 in the seafood department to buy some salmon. Anthony was very helpful and polite. He provided very good customer service and did not mind taking the skin off of the salmon. Some people have an issue with taking the skin off.But I don't understand why since I'm the one that's paying for it.I guess they just don't want to do the extra work.But after all, they are still being paid.So I just don't understand what's the big deal. Also, he didn't mind going to the back to check for different sizes of salmon because the ones that were out did not meet my needs This might sound like a small thing, but it was a very big deal to me, considering that I wasn't feeling well and did not want to stand too long on my feet to prepare the salmon. Since he did this small favor for me, I was able to quickly go home and prepare my salmon and then relax. Anthony is an asset to this department and store. I had an unpleasant experience in the seafood dept earlier in the week and really was considering not returning but I won't mention any names.
